Dear clients,

Over the past few months, Hosturly’s team has been through rearrangement. Since our founding in January of 2020, Hosturly has continued to provide cost-effective, high-performance, and reliable hosting. We have always had plans to expand, and it is my honor to introduce Infraly, LLC.

Infraly, LLC is registered in Pennsylvania (my home state) and is the parent company of Hosturly. Infraly, LLC operates under two fictitious names – Hosturly and Buildurly. I want to assure you that this new company name does not affect anything at Hosturly. All services will remain as is; it is simply a rebrand to allow us to expand into several paths in the future.

Being so, I have always desired of providing a seamless experience for purchasing server hardware. As a result, Buildurly was born. Buildurly provides bare-metal hardware for your needs. Leave it to the professionals for a simple, quick, and easy experience. Server hardware can strain financials, and we have recognized that. From building Hosturly to where it is now, we have been through the same conditions of purchasing hardware. As a result, Buildurly has partnered with Affirm to provide a less-abrasive experience to owning server equipment. We are still in the process of finalizing details with Buildurly, but we anticipate launching formally within the next year.

Due to Infraly, LLC operating as the Hosturly brand, the California Hosturly LLC has been dissolved. As a result, Matthew Cadena stepped down as Chairman and became the Vice President of Client Relations under Infraly, LLC. I cannot thank Matthew more for everything he has done for this company. He has been a demonstrative individual who has led to the crucial success of Hosturly. Without him, Hosturly would not be here today. We have also been fortunate to add a valuable asset to our team – Johnny Lin. Johnny has worked side-by-side with me to improve our experience with clients. He has been a monumental asset by creating numerous help desk articles to address all types of issues. Thank you, Johnny!

Over the past year and a half, we have been developing a new website. Since May 2020, we have had the same website – it was due for a change! I am proud to announce our new site design, hosturly.com, and it coincides with our client area as well. Our terms and conditions and privacy policy have been adjusted. We have also implemented a formal service level agreement that details compensation obligations we have for our clients. I urge you to view all documents found on our site as they affect you. These legal documents allow us to continue to provide an amazing experience at Hosturly.

As stated earlier, we have made strides in every way possible to provide a cost-effective, high-performance, and reliable hosting experience. Today, I am proud to announce that we are furthering our mission once more by including Path.net DDoS protection into our network operating in the ARIN region under AS400529. Path.net is renowned for providing one of the most effective DDoS protection services globally. Their global protection is greater than 10Tbps. This protection upgrade is enormous compared to our current on-site 30Gbps Corero DDoS protection. This capacity is larger than any DDoS attack ever recorded. They recently protected one of their clients from a 1.5Tbps attack with no effect on the client. At this current moment, all services are protected by Path. We appreciate the team at Path, especially Drake DiPaolo, our account representative.

Incorporating Path.net into our network has enormous rewards; however, we must alter our pricing to continue improving our services at Hosturly. Today, all new orders for VPS Hosting will be held to the following pricing structure. The new price structure does not affect any current customers with active services. Budget VPS Hosting will be increasing by $0.50/GB of RAM, bringing the cost to $3.00/GB of RAM. Premium VPS Hosting will be increasing by $0.50/GB of RAM, bringing the cost to $3.50/GB of RAM. Please refer to our website regarding these plan updates.

We have also overhauled our web hosting plans. Consequently, we have said goodbye to our Gold and Platinum plans. All current clients with those plans will remain. By removing those plans, we have two plans to choose from, our Beginner (formerly Silver) and Professional (formerly Unmetered) plans. The Beginner plan will be increasing to $3.00/mo, and the Professional plan will be decreasing to $7.50/mo. All current Silver plan customers will stay at the current pricing, and the Unmetered plan customers will be adjusted to the new pricing. Please refer to our website regarding these plan updates.

I cannot express how appreciative I am for your dedication to Hosturly. Hosturly would not exist without you so thank you for being a dedicated client!

Sincerely,

William P. A. McGlynn | President
